Matt and Rene were beyond helpful in a very stressful situation. They were patient and kind. We have never had a vehicle shipped and upon review of so many companies and so many overwhelming offers, we chose Ship A Car Direct. They had so many pluses and very few negatives. The negatives seemed to be not really their fault. And if they were, Ship a Car Direct appears to have resolved the issues rapidly.
