We've never had a car delivered, so weren't quite sure to expect. David at Ship a Car Direct explained everything very clearly and answered all my questions. Then, the follow up emails were timely and reassuring that there was a very proactive search for a driver. After Adam the driver was contracted, communications from he and David regarding delivery and payment were quick and easy. If we ever need to do this again, I will definitely call Ship a Car Direct!
