My trip started a little bit bumpy and rush, I called so many times to confirm my car's situation and Lottie was so patient and kind, without her I will definitely more anxious. This is the first time I shipped the car cross the country, and they made it so easy, no matter when you need help, they're there for you. Plus my car arrived here 2 days earlier than estimated. So feel relax and safe to use it. Worth it!
