This is the second time I've used Ship A Car Direct, and specifically dealt with Matt as my Customer Service Rep.
Matt was again outstanding in coordinating the pickup, as well as ensuring that the vehicle got to me only after I had arrived at the shipping location. The vehicle was handled with care and communication was frequent and very easy.
