I had reservations about transporting our daughter’s car across the country, but can tell you it was so much smoother than I imagined. I primarily worked with Lottie and her level of follow-up was beyond my expectations. I own a business where customer service is paramount to our success, so working with another company which clearly shares this vision was amazing. I was kept in the loop constantly and it was smooth from A to Z.
