Shipped a car from CA to GA. Pick up was on time. I never heard back from the driver who picked up my car, and Matt tried to communicate with the carrier’s office. I received my car two days later than scheduled. The carrier changed the estimated delivery date several times...
Due to the driver's indecisiveness and failure to respond, I have had to keep rescheduling my plans and make alternative arrangements. Anyway, Matt was great. He provided me a fantastic customer service! He checked up on me multiple times and assured and clarified the entire process. Very satisfied with how he handled our interaction.
