Moved from the west to the east coast. Company was very communicative and timely. We were assigned a carrier within one week of the start of the scheduled pickup window. In the meantime, I communicated with Ship A Car Direct via email and they ensured I was reassured throughout the process. The carrier was TransAuto and was reliable. Our vehicles did not have any damage. All items that were in our vehicle before shipment were present after shipment. Very easy to coordinate pick up from driver. After delivery of our vehicles, Ship A Car made sure to contact us afterwards to confirm the shipment went smoothly. This is my second time using Ship A Car Direct and I will continue to use them in the future and recommend them to other customers as well.
