I'll start by saying that the experience from online quote to final delivery was great. There was a small hiccup as the assigned carrier had a breakdown the day before pickup (these things can happen to anyone) but David was on top of things and reassigned a new carrier within hours and kept me informed via email, text and a follow-up call. Both our cars were picked up and delivered without any further issues. This is the second time I am using Ship-a-Car and I've recommended them to a few of my friends as well.
