Overall, we had a very smooth experience shipping our car. It was easy to book and someone called me back pretty quickly when I had questions. I didn't hear anything about a bid in the beginning of the pick up window, so I called. Soon afterwards, I got a call and the car was picked up that afternoon. The car was delivered on the first day I could accept it.
