David is very responsive! I moved my car during a busy time of the summer and David prepared me with options to ensure my move happened. The tower was 1 day late but delivered early. It worked out really well for me. I would say just be as flexible as possible. I would recommend this company to friends and family. Helped me so much to be able to move my electric car for me so I didn't have to deal with towing behind an already oversized moving truck.
