I used Ship a Car Direct three years ago to ship my car and this time again. The service is still as easy and great as the first time around. Lottie was patient and attentive to my questions and needs. Although the actual payment of higher than the original quote, I was happy that my car arrived safely and without any issues, which is all I'm looking for. I was worried my car would arrive earlier than expected (or else nobody would be able to accept the car), but thankfully, I was easily able to communicate with the carrier easily and quickly during the transportation period. I will definitely use Ship a Car Direct again if I ever need to ship my car again across the country.
