Ship a Car Direct has great customer service. The process as a whole was fast and easy. The service was a bit expense but I'm contributing that to raising gas prices. My street was too narrow for the semi truck but the driver parked a couple of blocks away, took my car off the truck and drove it to my front door now that is great customer service. I would definitely use this company again.
