Everything was excellent and very easy to deal with. Ship A Car Direct is very communicative, so you always feel like you know what is going on. The only issue I had was initially I requested an enclosed carrier which was taking longer than expected to book. Once I opened it up to both types of carriers, my job was pick up immediately. The carrier was even able to pick up my car a day early due to a change in my travel schedule.
