i shipped my car from NC to CA using ship a car direct. the only inconvenience was that my actual cost ended up being $100 more than quoted. i was tempted to switch to another broker who found me a carrier that would agree to the original price, but i ended up deciding to stay with ship a car because i was blown away by the stellar communication and customer service (shoutout to lauren!). an extra $100 seemed like a small price to pay for peace of mind. car arrived in perfect condition 2 days early and with great communication from the carrier.
