This was my first time using Ship a Car Direct and I definitely will be using them again. Jennifer was my contact person and she always directly answered my phone calls, kept me informed through emails and responded to my emails promptly. Jonah was hauler and he was friendly, enthusiastic and also answered my calls directly. The car was delivered in good condition and actually a day early, which worked for both of us. Given my positive experience using Ship a Car Direct, I can definitely recommend them.
