When I think of Ship a Car Direct, I remember the excellent company communications and fast delivery. I can't compliment David, my representative, enough who sent numerous emails with important educational information relative to shipping my car safely and securely. David was always available if I had any questions, so I felt confident that the company was solid and genuinely concerned about the shipping of my car. He even contacted me for a follow-up report about my experience. What more could you ask for? Ship a Car has a convenient and simple application where you can upload photos of your car directly to them so they have a record of your car's condition. My car was picked up a day early and delivered on the day promised coast to coast. You will definitely appreciate Ship a car Direct's excellent customer service. I recommend them and will use them again.
