Excellent communication at all phases of process. Only reason for 1/2 star deduction is lack of guarantee on pickup date which could prove critical in some situations such as mine. App made documenting condition of vehicle super easy, driver was professional and delivery was timely. Very solid customer service - so hard to come by these days!
