Some issues with carrier assignment but overall a satisfactory experience

Overall, the agents from Ship-A-Car-Direct were very helpful and patient. Payment type (cash or Venmo/Zelle) can be arranged with the agent early on before the carrier is assigned. The carrier assignment and delivery wasn't as smooth, however. The first carrier assignment was cancelled on the day the car was supposed to be picked up. It wasn't until I called SACD about the status of the delivery 3-4 days later when a new carrier was assigned. The car was picked up and delivered timely on the second assignment.
