After speaking to other car carriers i was very nervous & skeptical about the entire car carrier process, especially since I had never done it before. All the people in other companies i had spoken to sounded like used car salesmen and did not make me feel confident. If you never shipped a car it is a daunting process filled with horror stories and angst. Even relatives and friends who routinely ship their cars said the likelihood of getting my car in under 14 days was slim to none My last call was to Ship A Car Direct and I lucked out and got Jennifer. After speaking with her, I knew I was in the best hands. Jennifer was a calming voice and inspired confidence. She continually kept in touch and the pick up and drop off happened within 5 days as she predicted. My car arrived in perfect shape and was I thrilled.
