This is the 2nd time I have used this company to ship my car cross-country. I was very pleased with the service. The only delta is that there should be better communication with the driver. I did not find out until later in the day that the care would not be picked until the next day. I do take part ownership in this, as I should have reached out earlier. In spite of this, I would definitely use again. Customer service was great overall.
