My agent, Scott, was communicative from day one (and I happened to start two months early). He was upfront with me about costs and timing, and was happy to answer any and all questions. Car was shipped and received in a timely manner and at a fair price, could not be more pleased. I've definitely shipped my car with far more expensive places, but I know which company I'm going to use next time!
