It was nice and smooth experience. When I initially requested for a quote, Jennifer promptly sent it and called me. She explained all the details and the bidding process. As she estimated, I got a carrier assigned and the driver picked up on the requested date. There a constant communication from Ship a Car Direct on the next steps to follow. I have shipped fews times my cars but this is one of the smooth hassle free shipping. As promised there is no hidden charges and my credit card charged for the broker fee only after carrier is assigned and the rest I did Zelle transfer to the driver after taking the delivery of my car.
