Excellent Customer Service from Ship A Car Direct! They communicated the details and Renee was extremely helpful…. PROS:- Communication - phone and emails Worked with getting dates needed for car pickup and delivery CONS- Difficulty with dispatch of vendor (SDM transport) with times and dates for pickup and delivery…..Although got car picked up and delivered on correct dates…had to keep calling and received different times.
