I could not be happier with my contacts at Ship a Car Direct (Renee), as well as with my driver, Cesar. I was kept informed as to the procedures and timing of shipping my car. Being apprehensive with shipping my car from past experience due to lack of communication with the brokerage company, I was very pleased as everything went very smoothly and all my phone calls were answered in a short time.
