A shortage of drivers from Florida to Seattle lengthened the whole process although I expect this was a one-time issue because last year everything went smoothly. Scott's team continued to communicate well and his staff were very responsive. Once the car was picked up, it was delivered two days AHEAD of schedule. The ability to fill the trunk was an important consideration and one I think is new for competitive purposes. I used another company in the past because they seemed to be the only one allowing additional freight
