I have now used Ship A Car Direct for 5 years going back and forth to Arizona. I have never had an issue with them or with the companies that they used to ship my car. They are very responsive when I have a question and when there is an issue, like there was this time, they handled it. This year, a car carrier notified me that they were on their way to pick up my car and I had no notice. We resolved and it another car carrier was selected and picked up my car a few days later. John and his team make you feel like they have it under control which makes them worth the fee that you pay them. If you go direct, you do not feel like you have an advocate. With John and his team, you do.
