We originally had requested closed carrier which at the time was limited and I was on a time crunch as I was not going to be in the point of origin fo the car for many days. when we realized that we were running tight on time, we switched to closed carrier and within an hour we were connected with a driving and meeting place to get the car on the carrier! three days later the car arrived at its destination in great condition. The driver was very receptive and respectful and easy to deal with as well as our contact with Ship-a-car direct.
