The process was amazingly smooth and painless.. I submitted a quote request on a Thuursday, approved it on Friday and by Monday morning my vehicle had been an assigned a carrier and picked up. The van was delivered 48 hours later to its destination in perfect shape. My broker answered my questions before I agreed to the quote and while I was waiting for a carrier to be assigned.
