Mike was fantastic from the first call I made. He explained the whole process of shipping a vehicle. He was caring and listened to my needs. He saved me time and money—both of which are what a customer wants! Once my bid was accepted, it was quick and Ship a Car Direct emailed detailed instructions. The app for photos was a bonus in the event of any damage—which there was none. The trucking company they found for me was also exceptional. I appreciate the $30 incentive for leaving feedback, but with Mike, I would have left a positive review anyway. I highly recommend Mike, Ship a Car Direct, and the trucking company they connected me with. If I ever need to ship a vehicle again—I will certainly contact Mike. He did a great job!
