Excellent shipping, lack of communication

The shipping process was perfect - no damage at all and delivered right to my front door. I only wish there had been a little bit more communication (didn’t know that the car had been picked up, which was a day after it had been scheduled). I only heard from the carrier the night before it was to be delivered (also a day later than estimated). Other than a lack of communication, I was very pleased with the service and would recommend to other and would use again.
