Read the title of this review again, so now--what is it you know? It's if you made the right decision in your choice of car transport companies. You know, it's easy to give a great rating when the entire transaction is smooth from start to finish, but a great rating carries much more weight if a problem (unforeseen though it may be) does come up, and the company handles it with care, concern, and promptness. The very day that my car was to be picked up for a long distance move, the contracted carrier fell ill and had to cancel the pickup of my car. Oh no! Now what, I said! Ship-A-Car immediately got to work and secured another carrier who contacted me immediately and within 72 hours of the original date had my car on his truck, ready to roll. A seamless transaction can expect a perfect review; but, a transaction that develops an unforeseen hiccup, but is remedied so swiftly, DESERVES one. So, Five stars! I recommend Ship A Car Direct wholeheartedly!
