I enlisted a ship a car direct after another carrier fumbled the pick up twice and caused a week delay. Ship had the car picked up within 48 hours of contact and gave a 10 day window. Their driver made it in 6 (Philly to Seattle during snowstorms). I was very impressed by the service and professionalism
