Customer Service is great. I received a call right away after placing order. My driver was in contact with me right away. He kept me informed on delivery and in fact was earlier than expected on delivery. Also received followup email once car was delivered to ensure everything was okay. II will be using Ship a Car Direct again and will definitely recommend to my colleagues.
