After getting the runaround from other dispatchers, I was really worried about shipping my car. I knew that I was going to get nickeled and dimed and would probably get terrible service.
Not so! Ship a Car was very communicative - with multiple status update emails and texts, even asking my permission to confirm a dispatch - and my delivery driver was very helpful, informative, and kind. My car was delivered safely the next day with no issues! I was very satisfied with my service - I would definitely use SACD in the future.
