From the moment I reached out, up to my car being delivered, it was an easy experience where they worked around my schedule (the new car I had set my sights on fell through so I had to delay transporting my Camry). My point of contact was patient and professional - cost and options was clearly communicated up front and it didn't change when I restarted my bid. In fact, I needed to ship immediately so i wouldn't leave one of my cars out in the winter. The pickup was scheduled for the very next day and the staff were very accommodating and polite, walked me through documenting the condition of my car before shipping and ended up delivering it in pristine condition. My bid was addressed and taken care of with great speed, all my interactions and questions were handled with professionalism and set my mind completely at ease, and the whole experience was a breeze.
