Ship a Car Direct found us a good driver and that's what we wanted. They offer a lot of communication support but that didn't always work. It was down to us to wait to hear from the driver. The car left us in great shape and arrived with no dents; originally I was unsure of the open-air transporter. The communication from the driver for the pick-up could have been better - his 3AM arrival was a surprise - but he was upfront, respectful, and trustworthy. The 3 AM drop-off ended up involving no inspection. I was relieved there were two drivers for safety. It turned out that texting with the driver was a more reliable communication method than telephone.
