I recently had my Mustang GT shipped from New Hampshire to Florida, and was impressed with the communication from Lauren, and strait forward information provided throughout the entire process . My 1st pick-up window was missed by a few day's due to the remote location in NH, and the original agreed price was a bit higher, but was offered a discount on their broker fee, which was a pleasant surprise. The shipper, Direct Express Trucking, and driver, provided accurate ETA's on both pick-up and arrival and was also responsive with my inquiries. My vehicle was delivered safely without issue, and would not hesitate to use this company again to ship my vehicles.
