Scott was very helpful everytime I called with questions. We sent 2 cars separately hoping to get the first car sooner. They both arrived at the same time unfortunately which incurred extra rental car costs. Scott and his team were quick to respond and provided some compensation due to the extra cost. Highly recommend!
