Thanks to unexpected repair delays, the onset of winter driving conditions, and a surge in COVID cases on our route, we found ourselves needing to ship our car home rather than drive it. We hadn't done this before, and there is a lot to learn. Our dates were flexible, our main concern was for the car getting home safely. We got quotes from many other companies, but Ship a Car Direct had the best quote and excellent reviews. Their website is easy to use and has lots of information and short videos explaining the process. After a quick call with Wade we decided to go with them. Our car was assigned a carrier the next day, and the driver answered every call I made to him quickly and professionally. He was flexible on dates and delivery location, and kept me posted on his schedule and any delays (there was a 2 hour delay on pickup). Our original estimate was bumped by $50, but Wade explained that was a possibility and the price was still lower than the other quotes. The car was well taken care of and arrived in perfect condition. We had a great experience and will happily use them again if we have a car transport need in the future.
