My experience with Ship-a-Car-Direct was wonderful from start to finish. A direct line of communication was established as soon as I requested a quote. I could call a representative directly, and did not have to deal with voicemails. Once my order was set up, I received timely reminders all the way till the actual date of shipping. A representative kept in touch with me even after the delivery to ensure my car had arrived and was damage free.
I am completely satisfied with the whole process, and would strongly recommend the company for their custome service in particular.
