We used Ship a car direct to transport our car from Boston to Los Angeles. Our connection- Lauren, was communicative and was able to connect us to a company to pick up our car. It was tense as it got down to the wire but a few days before our requested pick-up date, we got our match. The car ended up getting picked up a few days later than anticipated but it still got here on time and without a scratch. We would definitely use ship a car direct again!
