Pick up and drop off were both easy and a very fair price from the West Coast to the East.
I only wish the pick up window could be a little tighter and predictable, rather than a 4 day window with a call the first day for the next day, Perhaps 48 hour notice w/in that window. Apparently weekends are a problem with that time frame.
The best part was being able to talk to LIVE person before I had to make the deposit so could ask all my questions and relieve any and all cares. When I had to change the exact delivery address, again I got a return call pronto. Thank You!
