It was touch and go with getting my son car being shipped from college. We didn't get a driver to pick up the order until the very last day, which he was gone by the time the driver got to the pick up area. But with all that being said, the driver was so helping and getting the keys to the car for us and the agent Scott made the whole order happen, getting us a driver and making it where I could afford to pay for the shipping. This is my second time using this service, will use it again and letting anyone know about ship-a-car-direct who needs there car shipped. JUST AWESOME!
