Was contacted the morning of the expected pickup date with a text followed by a call. Once we accepted the bid, which came back $250 over the quote, our rep offered $100 off of the fee. Apparently this is because we live in rural oklahoma, hard to get drivers to go there, which we kind of understand. Driver called within a couple of hours of accepting the bid to let us know he would pick up the car the nxxt morning, pending how his day went. The next morning, he called and he was delayed until that afternoon, no problem. When he arrived, no issues and he moved quickly. Car arrived at destination one day ahead of expectations, no issues. Overall great experience except for increase in price from quote to actual.
