Needs better communication

Went with these guys because of their good reviews. Once I booked with them there was very little communication. If I hadn't been emailing them I would've only heard from them once a few days before pick up and once the day before. The day before i get word that they found someone buy it wild beer $50 over their initial quote. The day of I get a call to tell me the driver will be there to pick up between 11am-2pm. I had to call the company at 1:55pm to see if they were nearby. They assured me he was in my city and would be there shortly. About an hour later they called and said he needed to do a drop off first over 2 hours away and wouldn't be here until 8-9pm or the next morning. I told them that was unacceptable, he needed to pick up that night. He eventually did show up a little earlier than the 8pm quoted time. After that it was pretty easy. After that there was no communication as to where my car was or when I could expect to have it delivered except for a call saying the driver was 20 mins away. Thankfully we were home.
