Jennifer was great helping me with questions and returning my calls. I know I paid more than if I had dealt directly with a shipping company but the peace of mind was worth it and the driver was super friendly and accommodating. They must weed out the bad freight carriers. The only bad thing was I had to take delivery at 9pm and it was very hard to see or take pics. But that was not the drivers fault. He offered to wait until the next morning to deliver, but I wasn’t available. I would use Ship a Car again with peace of mind, plus if you read Yelp reviews they are great about responding to problems with deliveries.
