The customer service consultant, Christina, was very professional, knowledgeable and displayed genuine concern for my situation. She was really patient in answering my many questions on pick-up, delivery, carriers that Ship a Car Direct uses, insurance, inspections, expected process, preparing the vehicle, time frames etc. even after the initial contact and eventual contract. Ship a Car Direct communicated at every step in the process from inception to delivery experience and gave actual phone numbers that real people answered with no wait times. The carrier was very professional and careful with the pick-up and delivery of the vehicle and meticulous in documenting the vehicle condition before and after delivery. The time frame estimates were accurate and transportation status well communicated throughout. I never shipped a car before this and had many apprehensions. This experience with Ship a Car Direct could not have went any better!
