I spoke to Cory on Monday morning of Christmas week - he warned me that it was not a good week to ship but we'd give it a try. Ten minutes later I was contacted by our carrier who set an appointment for the next day. Pickup was on time and car made it from California to the East Coast by Friday. Directions were clear and everyone did what they promised. Totally satisfactory transaction.
