Arranging transport was easy. The website was helpful, as were the links embedded in a series of informational emails. I handled everything in one phone call and about ten minutes online but it could have been less if I had fewer questions. The team was helpful, informative, professional, and very responsive when I had questions. I’m quite pleased with using them as a broker for transport.
