The process was smooth from the beginning. I had to ship the car to my son who lives in LA. The car was picked up on time as scheduled by a very pleasant driver. The car was shipped across country and arrived a day early than expected. My son was busy at work and could not get to the rendezvous point at the time schedule, but the driver was courteous enough to wait 1/2 an hour or so. I would recommend Ship a Car Direct to anyone looking for a professional service. Beware, there are many scam artists out there in the car transport business…
